The company SINEKS MEDICAL DOO from Belgrade proudly presents its European partner, the family company RegenLab® from Switzerland with headquarters in Lausanne, which deals with the development and production of medical devices and original laboratory equipment of innovative biotechnology.
In its offer, RegenLab® has created a wide range of products for biological cell therapy based on a thixotropic separate gel that is specially designed for the production of A-PRP, i.e. autologous plasma enriched with platelets, as well as other products from patients’ own blood.

Platelets are key factors in the recovery mechanisms of hard and soft tissue. They provide the necessary growth factors (FGF, PDGF, TGF – β, EGF, VEGF, IGF) involved in:
• Stem cell migration, differentiation and reproduction
• Stimulation of cells such as fibroblasts and endothelial cells, in order to encourage new extracellular matrix deposition and neo-vascularization.
Plasma contains many factors necessary for cell survival, such as: nutrients, vitamins, hormones, electrolytes and proteins. Among the plasma proteins, there are molecules necessary for the coagulation process and the creation of fibrin polymer, which will serve as the basis for cell migration, differentiation and their reproduction.
FORMATION OF GEL
With the action of trombone enzyme, macromolecules of fibrinogen that are soluble in plasma are converted into fibrin monomers that will polymerize into a network and then form a three-dimensional network.

Dry eye is a condition characterized by quantitative reduction and/or quantitative changes in the amount of tear film that has the function of moistening the eye surface.
